About Anaya Construction & Remodeling Inc.
Founded in 2005, Anaya Construction's president, Ben Anaya, has over 36 years of prior experience in the industry. Anaya Construction is licensed as a general contractor, which gives us the versatility to complete a variety of projects. As briefly mentioned on our Home page, we are a family-run business that focuses on quality and professional work while maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction. One way we strive to keep our clients the focus of our work is having our President and Project Manager, Ben, involved with each project throughout the process.
Ben's expertise and professionalism have taken him across the country as a project manager of various types of construction projects throughout his 36 years of experience in the industry. And, as a former marine, organization and commitment to excellence are two characteristics Ben has transferred to Anaya Construction in hopes of enhancing the construction process and ultimately, customer satisfaction.
Our Process
Preconstruction Design
Provides the formal project cost estimation, permit & approval assistance, & more
Post Construction
Upon finishing up final touches the team will preform a walk through of the project providing any information necessary & maintenance plans
On-Site Consultations
Our team will meet with you on-site for predesign, planning support, & the conceptual estimate
Construction
Throughout constructing of your project there will be onsite supervision, trade coordination, cost control, inspection & quality assurance, detailed invoicing, & schedule control
Our Quality Guarantee
Anaya Construction utilizes our own in-house crew as our schedule allows. In addition, we have a great team of subcontractors that have worked for Anaya Construction for years and have been a great addition to our workforce as needed. Ben is typically on the job once a day and always available when needed to oversee your projects.
As a part of our quality guarantee and in alignment with California's Contractors State License Board, we follow the one year warranty on new construction and remodels and the four year warranty on all other jobs.
