Over the last few years Anaya Construction Company has done several remodel jobs for my wife and I. His crew installed a natural gas line to the kitchen and did a complete remodel of our Master Bath, including removing a sunken bathtub (which was not only unsightly but dangerous as well) and installed tile in the shower. The crew installed random plank wood patterned ceramic tile flooring throughout our home. I recommended his company to several of our friends and they were also very happy with his workmanship. In addition, our Home Owners Association contracted with Anaya Construction to remove and replace the flooring in our community clubhouse as well as replace a couple of water damaged outside doors. Ben goes to great lengths to point out things that would possibly work better and perhaps reduce costs. Ben’s crew is very professional, they are courteous and understanding of our personal space as well as our concerns. The crew cleans up each day and leaves the property in perfect condition with little disruption of day-to-day activities. As a side, I am personally impressed with the detail his crew exhibits at the completion of a project i.e., the screws for each outlet and switch plate that was installed are aligned vertically. This attention to detail gives me great confidence in the balance of his workmanship standards and allows me to give Anaya construction the highest possible recommendation. Definitely 10 out of 10!
